About Dr .Justice Joe & Rosevera Arhinful:
Rev. Dr. Justice Joe Arhinful has ministered for twenty-nine years in the area of an Evangelist, Pastor and Apostle with a powerful ministry of healing, deliverance, salvation and faith ministry.
He studied at the Fuller Theological Seminary School of World Mission Pasadena, California in service programme for Biblical Theology of Mission in 1987. He has taken various courses related to evangelism from a variety of ministries; Rev. Luis Palau, Morris Cerullo and Billy Graham. He was awarded Honorary Doctorate Degree of Divinity by United Christian Bible Institute affiliated with Lee University of Cleveland, Tennessee, U.S.A.
He is married to Rosevera Arhinful and they have six children, four boys and two girls. He began his ministry in Ghana called Voice of Victory Gospel Church at Takoradi in 1992.
His Vision for Victory Churches of Ghana in the next few years are:
- To plant churches all over the ten Regions of Ghana, which we have fifteen churches now within four Regions.
- We have started Victory Bible College Int. this year 2003.
- We operate Victory Bread Factory.
- We are building a Head Quarter Church that will sit 1000 people.
- We reach out to millions of people on three Radio Stations every week.
- We are looking for a piece of land for the Bible College .
- We are looking forward to reaching out to more souls through Television Programme.
- To establish a Vocational school.
- To become a world revivalist with the message of THE HOUR OF TRANSFORMATION.

VCI Missions has contributed to the building of the Victory Bread Factory in Ghana which is now feeding the poor and eliminating poverty by employing many people who would otherwise be without work. Victory Bread is distributed to church members twice a month and has proven to be a great blessing to the country of Ghana and it's people. VCI Missions has also purchased a van that delivers Victory Bread to those in need.

VBC of Ghana was started with the help of VCI Missions and is now teaching Ghana christians Biblical Studies with the use of VCI materials. We look forward to the continued growth in the student body and are awaiting the exciting reports that will come in when these students, like those in the picture to the left, are released into the ministry armed with the knowledge of the Word.

Voice of Victory Gospel Church has been broadcasting to a vast audience for a number of years through their radio outreach ministry . Rev. Dr. Justice Joe Arhinful brings forth the message of Jesus Christ on a daily basis and due to this, thousands have given their lives to Christ. Pastors Dave and Lawrence, on their recent visit to Ghana, broadcasted the message of Jesus' love on the radio program.
