About Pastor Joseph and Christine Kamanza Ongemwanzi:

Pastor Joseph Kamanza with his wife, Christine, pastor Victory Churches of Rwanda. Pastor Joseph graduated from Emmaus Bible School where he obtained his Diploma, and has recently recieved his Bachelor of Theology from Victory Bible Colleges Internation. He teaches at Kayumbu Vocational Training Centre and is the director for Emmaus Bible School.

Pastor Joseph's vision is to preach and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ all over Rwanda. His goals are:

1. To build the orphanage, school, church, mission house and medical center on 2 acres of land in Gietarama, Rwanda by December 2007

Victory Nursing School

VCI Rwanda has started Victory Nursery School to minister to the orphaned children of war and genocide. Providing these children with an education will minimize the risk of them ending up living on the streets of Kilgali.

Victory Nursing School

Victory Training Center

Developed to assist the young people who have become orphaned as a result of genocide and war in Rwanda. The Centre teaches tailoring to the young men and women, providing them with the opportunity to learn a trade and earn an income.

Cattle/Goat Rearing

VCI Missions provided finances to support cattle, goat and pig rearing in Rwanda. This project provides jobs for the church members
